Israel Considers Filing Charges Against Soldiers Over Death of Palestinian-American

The Israeli military said it is considering filing charges against two soldiers over the death of Omar Assad, a 78-year-old Palestinian-American who died after he was detained by Israeli soldiers at an impromptu West Bank checkpoint.
